About Us
Hello, I'm Nathalie!
Passionate about nature, wool, and wood, I founded WoolWood Dream with a deep conviction: the most beautiful things come from the earth and deserve to be created with care and authenticity.
Suffolk sheep wool — a natural treasure
I live on a farm in Quebec, where I lovingly care for the farm's sheep alongside my partner, Pascal. That's where I discovered the magic of Suffolk sheep wool — an exceptional wool that forms beautiful natural curls, ideal for creating pillows of remarkable quality.
Suffolk wool is known for its many benefits: it is naturally breathable, temperature-regulating — never too hot in summer, never too cold in winter — hypoallergenic, and durable. Unlike synthetic fibres, it breathes with you all night long.
But what makes my pillows truly unique is that they are adjustable and smart. Thanks to a zipper, everyone can put in exactly the amount of wool they want. And every morning, you simply fluff the pillow so the wool regains its loft and settles back naturally — day after day. A simple gesture, a perfect night.
After years of searching for the ideal pillow, I finally found my answer in Suffolk wool.
A passionate spinner
Before working with Suffolk wool, I raised my own wool sheep to spin the wool myself. Spinning wool is an art I deeply love — turning a raw fleece into something beautiful and useful is an incomparable satisfaction.
Wood — a second life
My passion doesn't stop at wool. I also work with wood — mainly natural wood slices that I mount on feet, legs, or reclaimed bases to which I give a second life. I also work with barn wood and create unique pieces such as chests and handcrafted tables.
Every piece of wood has a story. My work is to reveal it.
Thank you for choosing local, handcrafted, and made with passion. 🐑🪵
